Delivery Charges
Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Delivery charges of goods over 3kg will be calculated via our freight calculator using your Post Code.
Shipping is calculated using the Australian Post Delivery Rate Calculator (DRC) which is supplied in real-time from Australia Post. Only a small fee is applied to cover the cost of packaging and handling.
Delivery charges are: Anywhere in Australia up to 500g - $10.60
Anywhere in Australia up to 3kg - $14.90 Over 3kg and international freight - calculated via our freight calculator using your Post Code |
Example: an order which includes 3 PCI cards and 1 notebook card weighs less than 500 grams. Delivery is calculated to be $10.60 as it falls within the defined DRC dimensions |
Our staff will contact you via email or telephone within one working day of the time your order is received. They will then confirm your order and delivery charges. |
Delivery of Goods
We require an actual street address as we do not ship to PO boxes.
All orders will be processed as soon as payment has cleared.
When your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation of shipping details.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Adelaide Business Computer Services will make best effort to ensure deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or goods lost or damaged in transit.
Delivery Times
Once an order is placed, allow 24 hours (or the next working day), for the order to be processed.
For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 3-6 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 2 days.
Any delivery times are estimates only, we shall not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery.

Damage in transit:
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, damage or delay incident to the customer from late or non-delivery.
Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three days after confirmed delivery to report any items that have arrived damaged or broken in transit.
Cancellation:
Once orders have been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled unless the goods that you have ordered are back ordered or are discontinued. Either way, you will get notified of the status of your orders.
Cancellations of orders for reasons other than faults will incur 30% restocking fee.
Product Returns:
Returns are only accepted where a faulty product was received. Please choose your products carefully and contact us for any queries you may have.
All products carry a minimum warranty period of 12 months unless specified otherwise.
Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Warranty cannot be supported in the case where any physical damage is present either by accident or through use.
Products must be returned in a well-protected manner and in original undamaged packaging.
All warranty is strictly return-to-base (that is, the product must be returned to Adelaide Business Computer Services for repair or replacement).
Return postage is required for goods to be sent back after repair or replacement. |
